Is insulated render suitable for high-rise buildings?
On buildings over 18m, only A1 or A2-s1,d0 components can be used in the external wall. We specify mineral wool systems that meet that requirement.
How long does silicone render last?
A quality silicone render on a correctly installed system typically lasts 25 years or more. It’s self-cleaning and resists algae and staining.
Can you work on occupied homes?
Yes. Most of our retrofit work is on tenanted homes, and we plan each phase with residents in mind.
