Step 01
Survey & review
We start on site and in the paperwork: FRAEWs, intrusive investigations, drawings, the fire strategy and the existing substrate. Fixings are pull-out tested before we commit to a system.
Step 02
Design & specification
Our in-house designers work with system manufacturers on bracket layouts, wind load calculations and interface details, choosing systems that satisfy the fire strategy and the design intent.
Step 03
Approvals
We supply product classifications, test evidence and competence statements for building control and Gateway 2 applications, and run change control once works begin.
Step 04
Installation
Accredited teams, a site manager on every project and a dedicated quality manager. Fire-critical details are inspected, photographed and signed off before cover-up.
Step 05
Golden Thread handover
Records are captured as we go, not compiled at the end. At completion, the client receives a searchable digital record of the external wall as built.
