Cladding remediation
We take combustible external walls off occupied and empty buildings and replace them with non-combustible systems, acting as Principal Contractor through Gateway 2 and Gateway 3.
Rainscreen cladding
Ventilated rainscreen systems in aluminium, fibre cement, stone and brick slip, designed, specified and installed by one team with the full through-wall build-up.
Insulated render & EWI
Approved installers of external wall insulation and through-coloured silicone render, from flat elevations to curved façades.
Brick slip systems
The look of traditional brickwork without the weight, on EWI or rainscreen carriers. Award-recognised work for one of the North West’s largest housing providers.
Fire stopping & cavity barriers
Cavity barriers, fire stopping and compartmentation installed to the tested detail, inspected, photographed and signed off by an appointed person.
SFS & through-wall
Light-gauge steel framing, sheathing and the complete through-wall package, so one contractor owns the performance of the whole external wall.
