Jason has 35 years in the façade industry. He started as a plasterer, ran his own EWI business, then spent more than a decade in façade system design and supply. He guides projects from concept and system selection to detailed design and completion.

Jack leads projects commercially from tender to handover, with a focus on client relationships and contractual compliance. A former client-side building surveyor who graduated top of his class, he’s working towards MCIOB chartership.

Amy brings more than 20 years in construction sales, estimating and project management, and a track record of delivering on budget and on time. She’s an avid runner and can usually be found in the Peak District.

Ben was Contract Manager in Profac’s early days and Andy’s right-hand man. Now Quality Manager, he’s known for a meticulous eye and for keeping standards consistent on every site.

Phil has more than 20 years in façade design and installation across brick slip, aluminium, cement fibre, stone, slate and render. He prices the whole through-wall build-up, on portal, concrete or timber frames.

Aiden specialises in render, cladding and building envelope solutions, building long-term relationships with contractors, architects and developers. He knows UK fire compliance inside out, and he’s a keen skier and sailor.

Will specialises in façade installation, façade remediation and drylining, coordinating teams on site with a constant focus on safety and quality.

Dylan brings quantity surveying experience from civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the North of England. He's a golfer, skier and Middlesbrough fan.
