Brick slips let a building keep a familiar, traditional appearance while gaining a modern, insulated wall. They’re ideal where planners want brick, or where a retrofit needs to blend into its street.
On the Rochdale bungalow estate we stripped the old cladding, added stud and mineral wool insulation, carrier boards and a render basecoat, then finished with brick slips. The project earned an industry accreditation award.
