Fire stopping register
Every cavity barrier and penetration seal, inspected and signed off by an appointed person.
Change control
Every change logged, assessed and approved, with notifiable and major changes flagged.
Handover & O&M
As-built drawings, warranties and maintenance information for the Accountable Person.
